ALToken Ventures is a Singapore-based private capital intelligence and strategic advisory firm spanning three infrastructure domains: resource (mining & critical minerals), digital (private market secondaries) and human (living-sector real estate & healthcare). Aaron Tay has more than 20 years of experience as an investment professional across private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, commodities, real estate and alternative investments, having reviewed and participated in more than US$2 billion of investments and transactions across the full investment lifecycle — deal origination, evaluation, capital raising, portfolio management and divestments — spanning Asia-Pacific, Greater China and Australia. At ALToken Ventures, Aaron leads the firm's private capital intelligence function and strategic advisory practice across all three domains. The firm is deliberately founder-led: clients and counterparties work directly with Aaron, with no delegation of relationship or judgement.
